These Terms govern the use of the RouteVision web service and associated mobile applications.
Acceptance of Terms
By using RouteVision, creating an account, or connecting a device to the service, the user confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.
If you use RouteVision on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
Purpose of the Service
RouteVision is intended for GPS monitoring of vehicles and mobile devices, movement history, and management of work assignments.
Certain features may depend on the device, operating system, GPS availability, internet connectivity, user permissions, and the availability of external services.
Accounts and Security
Users must provide accurate information during registration and must keep account access credentials confidential.
Users are responsible for actions performed through their accounts, except where access was obtained by a third party as a result of a security incident outside the user's reasonable control.
If unauthorized access is suspected, the user should contact RouteVision support without delay.
Use of GPS and Device Tracking
Users and organizations must use RouteVision geolocation features only for devices, vehicles, employees, or other persons for which they have a lawful basis and all required permissions or consent.
RouteVision is not intended for covert, unauthorized, or unlawful surveillance of individuals.
Work Assignments and Routes
RouteVision may provide features for creating, assigning, accepting, and changing the status of work assignments, including route start and destination points.
Distance calculations, estimated travel duration, and other routing or navigation information are estimates and may differ from actual travel conditions.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- use RouteVision for unlawful purposes;
- access another person's account or data without authorization;
- circumvent or attempt to bypass security measures;
- interfere with the operation of servers, APIs, or infrastructure;
- generate excessive automated load on the service;
- use the service for covert unlawful surveillance;
- distribute malicious code through RouteVision infrastructure.
Service Availability
We aim to provide stable and reliable operation of RouteVision, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of technical errors.
The service may be temporarily limited or unavailable because of maintenance, updates, outages, network problems, third-party provider failures, or events outside RouteVision's reasonable control.
Third-Party Services
RouteVision may use third-party services for certain functions, including maps, routing, email, SMS, hosting, and other infrastructure services.
The availability and accuracy of those functions may depend on the relevant third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
The RouteVision interface, software code, design, name, logos, and other elements of the service are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Use of the service does not transfer ownership of the RouteVision software, technology, or brand to the user.
User Data
Personal data and device data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring that the data they upload, create, or process through RouteVision is lawful.
Restriction or Termination of Access
RouteVision may temporarily restrict or terminate access to an account in cases of material violation of these Terms, threats to service security, fraud, unlawful activity, or where required to comply with a lawful request from a competent authority.
Where reasonably possible, the user will be informed of the reason for the restriction unless providing such information is prohibited by law or security requirements.
Responsibility and Limitations
RouteVision provides a technological tool for monitoring and data management. It is not a substitute for professional navigation, dispatch procedures, road safety requirements, legal compliance procedures, or other mandatory processes applicable to the user.
Users remain responsible for decisions based on RouteVision data and must take into account actual conditions and all applicable safety requirements.
Changes to the Service and These Terms
RouteVision may develop, modify, suspend, or discontinue individual features of the service.
These Terms may also be updated from time to time. The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
Applicable Law
These Terms apply subject to any laws that mandatorily apply to the relevant user, organization, and the operation of RouteVision.
Once the RouteVision operating legal entity is formally established, this section may be updated to identify the applicable jurisdiction and dispute resolution procedure.
